DURAPost posts intended for use in vineyards need to offer at least three qualities: durability, stability and flexibility. Particularly when the grapes have to be harvested mechanically. It is essential to keep maintenance work to a minimum and reduce the amount of surface area used.

Postsaver® sets new standards for the durability of wooden posts used in fruit growing, viticulture and horticulture. A special protective coating extends the service life of posts treated with copper salts to 20 years – guaranteed.

The posts are impregnated in an autoclave with chromium-free salt. Choose diameters of at least 9 cm and opt for enhanced protection using our exclusive DeepProtect process.

The wood used as raw material in viticulture is spruce that has been carefully debarked. Spruce posts are aesthetically pleasing, straight and more resistant as they have fewer knots. What is more, spruce is well adapted to the climate of our regions, and can be found in sufficient quantities close to home.
